the hotel was popular and upgraded, truly enjoyed city view from our a twin room. we ate in the small restaurant for lunch or dinner which was reasonably priced. it was nice to find coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge.

Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and functional room. The restaurant was nice for lunch or dinner, I tried FRESHLY COOKED dishes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located in the heart of this city. It is in a great area, close to everything and in Hamburg's city center. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Transportation options, including tubes and access to main roads, were conveniently nearby. The staff, especially Anna at reception, were very polite, helpful, and friendly.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that were highly appreciated. the spa center offered a wide range of services including massage, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the heated indoor swimming pool and sun loungers in a secluded area were perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the restaurant served special diet menus and packed lunches with excellent quality. the housekeeping staff maintained the room in an immaculate condition, and the location was convenient for access to many enjoyable places.

One minor setback was the absence of live entertainment. However, the comfortable leisure/TV room and bar/lounge area made up for this.
