great central access to parks and iconic landmarks

I had a wonderful time here, with an awesome breakfast buffet and a friendly atmosphere that made my stay even better. plus, it’s just a short walk to Planten un Blomen, where I loved strolling through the beautiful gardens and enjoying the park views.

The air conditioning simply didn't work, leaving the room uncomfortably hot!!! Plus, the outdated decor makes the hotel feel less appealing than others nearby!!! It would be nice if housekeeping was more consistent with room cleaning!!!

The breakfast spread was amazing with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes, and the kids loved the indoor pool and sauna for some fun downtime. We really appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful decor, but the lack of bottled water in the room was a bit unexpected. Make sure to sample the breakfast early to avoid the rush! 😊

The piano bar was a highlight. relaxing with a drink while enjoying live jazz was fantastic! The pool and sauna areas were well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind after exploring. Plus, the gym had all the essential equipment for a good workout. Loved the free parking available nearby, making our stay hassle-free.

We encountered loud renovation noises every morning starting at 7am, which disrupted our sleep. The staff's indifferent attitude did not help alleviate our concerns, making the experience even worse.
